A desegregation zoning map where there are room for both same-racial and different-racial breeding and/or marriages that are free from sexism and racism and free from unnecessary racial and gender discrimination could be a stable datum. This desegregation zone would be placed in each predominately "white" neighborhoods, predominately "black" neighborhoods, and predominately "grey"(South Asian/South Latino/South Arab and half-black/half-white greyish mixed) neighborhoods based on population size and location ratios (that reflect racial population differences). It does not have to be 100% accurate but it should be at least 80% accurate because sometimes 100% accuracy can be too extreme.:

Where
"[1]" means the location of single people dating for marriage and/or for work (with an equal quantity of "black, white, and grey" people),
"[2]" means the location of monogamous marriages (of "black/grey," "white/grey," and "black/white" peoples),

What do we do when people begin to teach people that they can't teach with eugenics? That question can be interpreted 2 ways. What do we do when people begin to teach people that they can't teach because of their belief in eugenics? What do we do when people begin to teach people that they can't teach because of their skin color, religion, and gender? Ever think one think and say something that was the opposite? Is it a demon, an engram, a misunderstood word, or an honest mistake?
Language census could be more important than a racial census in some circumstances (https://www.statista.com/statistics/266808/the-most-spoken-languages-worldwide/). Gender? Refugees: Sudan, Ukraine, and Gaza. Here are groups of refugees fleeing from extreme monogamy-only marriages which exploit mixed racial heritage to justify same-racial marriage "supremacy," white-racial marriage "supremacy," black-racial marriage "supremacy," or brown-racial marriage "supremacy," sexuality biases, and gender biases. These refugees are usually singles, "4,5, or 6-person marriages" or rather called "2-person and/or 3-person marriage committed double-dating."
"[B]" can also mean the location of 4-, 5-, or 6-person dating with mostly different-racial relationships for 2 or 3 weeks, months or years although you may have to have some written child custody agreements beforehand in case of pregnancies. If you date only one person at a time than the more certain it is that you want to be in a 2-person marriage. "[B]" can also mean the locations you are staying at for 2 or 3 weeks to see if the relationships in those areas are a fit for you and it is much healthier for mental health professionals to prescribe temporary housing locations than it is to prescribe unnecessary psychiatric medication addictions."
"[surrounding areas]" could mean that, in this area there are 2-person and 3-person marriage zones spread out equally, but the farther away from the desegregation zone the less there are of 3-person marriages and the farther away from this area of no 3-person marriages the less there are of homosexual marriages and the farther away from this area of no homosexual marriages the less there are of interracial marriages and the farther away from this area of no interracial marriages the less there are of marriages that can be divorced and the farther away from this area of no marriages that can be divorced the less there are of interfaith marriages. This area consist of the races that are already are in a given nation of the United Nations. Then again,
"[surrounding areas]" could mean 2-person and 3-person marriages continue to be legal, but the farther away from the desegregation zone the less there are of homosexual marriages in low population density areas for surrogate purposes from new younger inexperienced parents to older more experienced parents and/or homosexuals through voluntary adoptions or voluntary temporary adoptions within the children's cycles of growth spurts. The variations between the oldest pregnancy to the youngest pregnancy probably should determine the age that people should be able to be in a 3-person marriage.
"[surrounding areas]" may need county/state/nation elected/voted/arranged 4-person marriages legalized too that are selected from committed double-dates, but legalized only if you and your partners are licensed therapists for both different-racial and same-racial marriages and dating services using checks and balances with psychology, exorcism parapsychology, and Dianetics. Racial, gender/sex, sexuality, human birthrate, and human lifespan political science of psychology, exorcism parapsychology, and Dianetics will create a bridge between these practices in which validates each of these practices. The political divide is not as important as the people. Unless children are adopted or bred from sperm donors or surrogate mothers those children are going to be related to each other in 3-person polyandry or 3-person polygyny marriages, so it makes sense to stop at 4-person marriages because this is the point where there could be children bred who are not related to each other. The strategy is to avoid birth defects from possible unintended incest. Some of the police may have to give tickets or fines for over-segregation.
NOTE: People who have bi-sexual tendencies may not know that they have bi-sexual tendencies until after they are in a 3-person polyandry or 3-person polygyny marriage, so a 3-person marriage may eventually turn into a committed double-date pair of 2-person marriages. Therefore, parents within these marriages will have to choose carefully their children's middle and last names to avoid unintended incest from not knowing who is related to who. Legislative time-sensitive racial relatively equal and gender/sex relatively equal affirmative action laws based on location, timing, and income equality intercede for democracy. It is possible that the legislative branch of a democracy could consist of mostly 3-person and 4-person marriages. Maybe the executive branch is the fastest and therefore consists of mostly single people and 2-person marriages while the judicial branch is a little slower and consists of 2-person and 3-person marriages. Affirmative action laws have been amended to allow for homosexual racial segregation and incriminate bi-sexual or heterosexual 3-person or 4-person black-white-brown marriage racial desegregation freedoms. Affirmative action laws may actually need to be replaced by desegregation zoning laws based on these works here on InfoJourney.com so that there is still some affirmative action in the relative locations that need these actions. These affirmative actions can include all races where unfair treatment is thought of as only happening to "black and brown" peoples but also can happen to "white" peoples. The executive branch may have to be run by mostly "black and brown" peoples, the judicial branch may have to be run mostly by "brown and white" peoples, and the legislative branch may have to be run by mostly "white, black, and brown" peoples in a society with mostly "white" people. That is the pattern. If the society is mostly "black" people or "brown" people than this pattern is changed accordingly. Unfortunately, it appears as if racists eugenicists polarize 2-person marriages and double-dating, "black" and "white" people, homosexual people and heterosexual people against each other so that there will not be "brown" people, bisexual people, and 3-person marriages. The polarization between men and women is necessary in order to breed more "brown" people, bisexual people, and 3-person marriages because rarely is there an intersex who is not either mostly masculine or mostly feminine. There is also the polarization of Scientologists and psychologists, atheists and religious people against each other that could also be another factor in keeping there from being more "brown" people, bisexual people, and 3-person marriages. Psychiatry may be using too many drugs and not enough dietician and nutrition, too many preservatives and processes and not enough raw vegan organic remedies. Psychiatric medical malpractice is probably routine among "brown" people, bisexual people, and 3-person marriages (single parents and their children) as a covert form of eugenics while teaching people to be "transgender" to confuse, kidnap, and distract with covertly euthanized "patients." I guess South Africa is allowing polygamous relationships to keep up with the mostly white owned billionaire banks and arms dealers in Russia, China, North Korea, and Iran. Essentially, this is the struggle between the drug industry illegal monopoly psychiatry versus the housing/cybersecurity industry neuroscience organic herbalists, dieticians, and nutritionists where the housing/cybersecurity industry allows our societies to live longer because there is a potential to have better quality housing for our families naturopathic psychiatry does not include the drug industry hardly at all, but is rarely mentioned with psychiatrists. Dianetics is not a legally recognized form of therapy according to the U.S. government, since it is not recognized it could be used as a financially sponsored form of identity theft or identity restoration. In some cases, there will need to be social workers who can use mental health therapy for Scientologists. 3 times 4-person marriages equals 12 apostles and/or 12 social personalities. Checks and balances are to find perfection in the imperfection. I like the practice of double-dating with the idea that we don't lose a friend who would help raise our families free from unnecessary greed and envy while matchmaking neighbors that increase love, happiness, lifespans, and birthrates. Typically, a 4-person marriage will breed and/or adopt 4 children; a 3-person marriage, 3 children; a 2-person marriage, 2 children; and a single parent, 1 child. NOTE: The pattern would be to have an encircling vertical farm, then a hospital, and then a prison on the inside of these desegregation zones that caters mostly to the mostly desegregated peoples and an encircling prison, then a hospital, and then a vertical farm that caters mostly to the unintentionally segregated outside areas. This may have been attempted with the story of the walls of Jericho in the Holy Bible but failed because of the legalization of slavery. Are these memories from the shared thought pattern frequency or is it telepathy? The Book of Ezekiel's "Cherubim" with 4 faces reminds me of the Universal Healing Tao System's "Fusion of the 5 elements'" 5 animals. 9-year-olds need 5 element capoeira with berimbau (should have sketched some sneakers). Assumption: Greed or unfairness makes everyone live to 80 or 90 years old (if you're lucky) instead of 111 to 120 years old. Legalized medical practice and overly drugged processed addictive foods and smoke is tragic. It is hard to relate or trust people who cloud their minds with smoke and subtle vicious little lies with extreme one-on-one arranged dating that no one knows how to share with each other enough to have housing for single people. I pray, and hope for more clarity and truth in the interpretation of "black, white, brown, and freckled" people's marriages and double-dating arranged matchmaking. Again, this appears to be in the realm of the legislative branch because it should be determined by mostly 3-person and 4-person marriages. Again, it is possible that the executive branch of a democracy should consist of mostly single people and 2-person marriages; the judicial branch should consist of mostly 2-person and 3-person marriages; and the legislative branch should consist of mostly 3-person and 4-person marriages. It is possible that "black-white-brown" 3-person marriages are banned by brown, white or black supremacists from teaching, reporting, attorneying, policing, doctoring, or nursing our societies into having racial equality. The racism against interracial breeding and marriages is such that it is deemed as a "waste of time" that leads to endless single parenting and races cheating on other races. I believe initially that the land of Egypt, Greece and/or India may have inverted the idea that same-racial marriages and breeding were a "waste of time" and that marriages should be plural only resulting in several mixed racial marriages and birth defect handicaps that made the appearance that slavery was needed because those people with birth defects could hardly take care of themselves. Beliefs in Moses probably reduced the marriages to 2-person marriages preferably but also included celibacy, 3-person marriages, and 4-person marriages thus 1+2+3+4=10 commandments. 4-person marriages and 3-person marriages are preferable for areas where there is needed more protection for racial diversity rights. Celibacy and 2-person marriages is preferable for areas where there is needed more protection for racial similarity rights. 2-person marriages and 3-person marriages is preferable for areas where there is needed more protection for evenly both racial similarity and racial diversity rights. Areas where there is needed more healing may be the inverse of this or the same as this. Still, there is a need for more studies and ethical experiments to determine these factors. Legalizing ethical experiments with news agencies that have unbiased racial, gender/sex, and sexuality perspectives may be difficult. Polyandry is listed in the Vedas. Polygyny is listed in the Old Testament of the Holy Bible. Polyandry may also be listed in the New Testament of the Holy Bible. Most likely, religious leaders from "The World Council of Religious Leaders" and political leaders from "Member States | United Nations" would all have to participate in these studies, ethical experiments, and news regarding celibacy, 2-person marriages, 3-person marriages, 4-person marriages, and the 10 commandments.

There will be mostly both merit-based hiring and D.E.I. based hiring evenly in this location unless it is against the existing laws of said given location. The desegregation zones will encircle the hopefully unintentionally segregated zones in sets of three desegregation zones. 3-person temporary marriages may also be legal in this outside area, but permanent 3-person marriages are legal within the desegregation zone.
NOTE: This is the area where it is normal that there is the most extreme pressure to have the most amount of people to be born in the least amount of time. Having 3 or 4 parents rather than only 1 or 2 parents per child alleviates the pressure and the harm from premeditated false accusations. Mixed families from different races may make a few mistakes, but the moment they make mistakes they are bombarded with premeditated false accusations from the remnants of covert eugenics. The solution to this problem may be D.E.I. hiring and zoning for families with single men and single women. There is a tendency to disagree whether we can be families or not, because of our racial difference either being perceived as oil mixing with vinegar or being perceived as just seasonal changes.

NOTE: Requirement for United States citizenship and/or United Nations Volunteers is to go to a fasting health resort and tax preparing resort at least every six years. The minimum requirements for the health resort are that there is water fasting the first week, juice fasting the second week, raw vegan fasting the third week, and steamed and/or cook foods with some meats the fourth week. During the fourth week there will be more military drills, peace corps drills, department of education drills, and AmeriCorps drills to help each citizen decide which organizations they may be willing to serve. During a possible fifth week optional natural vaccination based on food with a portion of drug vaccination can be used to build immunity toward viruses. These health resorts for every six years will be covered by taxes the same way that roads, police, firefighters, courts, hospitals, etcetera are covered. Essentially, these health resorts act as the D.M.V. for the human body and basic training in the military with fireguard duty and neighborhood watch drills for citizenship. Make sure that every citizen can speak, write, and read fluently our English language. Illegal aliens will have to self deport and/or work for the health resort and their national embassy has to pay them until they can legitimately get their citizenship and/or self deport. If English is your native language, then we can expand your vocabulary with sign language, morse code, and the current 1st or 2nd most widely spoken global language or local language. We can have these languages used in the Study Technology Course, Examination of Conscience confessionals, Communication Course, and Toastmaster's public speaking practices. This is my amateur (coerced by too much sexism and/or racism) legislation, because each organ in our bodies can correspond to each of the human races on our earth thus relative seasonal racial equality. Each organs have feminine and masculine aspects that reflect our reproductive organs thus relative gender/sex equality. Some fertility clinics are favoring single women and couples but are being sexist and/or too cheap against single men, because they won't freeze sperm but will freeze the egg. Some women would rather their children have no fathers than 2 fathers. Then again, some men would rather have their children have no mothers than have 2 mothers, but men don't carry the child for 9 months in the womb. Single parenting is constantly being degraded in favor of married couples. It makes it difficult not to complain about this because married couples can be just as bad or worse than single parents. May need specifically a 4 single parents' zone within these zoning maps to counter-balance this type of unnecessary discrimination against single parent families. Housing, food, clothing, and education status for you and your family matters more than marriage. Essentially, "black, white, brown, and freckled" single parents can team up to raise their children in the same neighborhood as long as they are being supported and not having support taken from them. This is better than taking money under the guise of supporting a child while legalizing and supporting someone's marijuana smoking habit who dies of asthma. We invite your anger and hatred against these unfair acts to be used in a civilized manner. "Civilized manner" is subject to interpretation because some see being sexist and racist as "civilized" but I don't. Feeling negative emotions doesn't mean you are committing a crime and also may mean that someone is or has committed a crime against you. Some of us need to stay and fight and some of us need to take flight to spread freedoms for different-racial families. It is an unnecessary evil to have religious laws conflict with national laws so that races will be discouraged from breeding with each other. I don't know if you should actually aspire to be a single parent unless you can get help from 3 other single parents to do fireguard duty and tend to the baby while others sleep in housing designed to accommodate sound proofing bedrooms with baby monitors. I don't think my mother wanted to be a single parent and I don't really either, but I wouldn't mind being one if I had 3 other single parents' help in babysitting. Some people may be better at single parenting then married parenting even if they don't want to be single, because of the unnecessary racism and sexism that is traditionally taught in married parenting. The legalization of 3-person marriages can counter-balance the current legality of 2-person marriages. The possibly partially arranged and voted on 4-person marriages can counter-balance the unnecessarily racist and/or sexist single people for their therapy. Typically, this 4-person partially arranged marriage would consist of each "black, brown, white, and freckled" peoples. I kind of left the possible joining of the Unitarian Universalist because there needs to be a mostly heterosexual maybe sometimes bi-sexual single parent interracial father in charge of the church or maybe an elected 4-person "brown, black, white and freckled" each peoples marriage in charge counter-balancing child abortions and the "right to die with dignity" sexism and racism with child adoptions and health resorts.
Before you know it, my belief in Scientology is telling me to look up the definitions and derivation of "Catholic" and it appears that it means "universal." Suddenly Catholicism seems more of a "Holy Trinity Father" and Unitarian Universalism seems more of a "Divine Quadruple Mother" and both Scientology and Universal Healing Tao System act to balance and counter-balance these organizations while the L.D.S. Church gives a distinct "Father" and "Son" to layer the 3 heavens, the spirit world/purgatory, and hell. I don't know how we are expected to choose only one belief. Especially, when I can see corresponding numerical synchronicity in the sciences of the Planetary Society and parapsychology with those beliefs. It is glaringly hypocritical to have a legalized prostitution zone in the Reno, Nevada area of U.S.A. while also legalizing homosexual marriages, but not also have a 3-person or 4-person "black, white, brown," and freckled people's marriages legal with housing and zoning near major populated areas so that bi-sexual and mostly heterosexual interracial breeding can also be legal.

This is also the reason why it kind of makes sense to me that when our population needs to increase the men ask the women out on a double-date and the women ask the men to marry them (2-person or 3-person marriage depending on the circumstance). This is also the reason why it kind of makes sense to me that when our lifespan needs to increase the women ask the men out on a double-date and the men ask the women to marry them (2-person or 3-person marriage depending on the circumstance). There is a beautiful Catholic Church across the street from a police station. This church has a first-floor large entrance hall with second-floor seating to view Catholic mass from above the first-floor entrance hall. It would have been better to make alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, processed foods and processed sugar illegal during certain national health resort seasons and tax seasons. The legalization of 3-person marriages with some 2-person homosexual marriages and lottery or tariff funded national health resorts would have been for the benefit of our racial diversity and gender/sex equality. There may need to be some zoning and housing requirements still for the legalization of homosexual marriages and/or 3-person to prevent racist and/or sexist crimes. The truth is that politics and religion can be plagued with racist and/or sexist lies, theft, and murder. So the act of making homosexual marriages legal polarized men and women against each other, black and white people against each other while leaving bisexual 3-person marriages, brown people, and interracial marriages caught in the crossfire. To stabilize the polarization, minimize and/or correct birth defects, and maximize our birthrate and lifespan proportionately I propose that we legalize 3-person marriages within desegregation zoning and additional surrounding areas.
